The recipient shall bear the costs of customs clearance and the payment of any taxes according to the customs regulations in force in the country of destination. Import costs are not the responsibility of mimmi, and therefore, it is the customer who must assume the payment of customs duties.
In the event that the customer rejects the package at customs, mimmi will not be responsible for the package or the costs associated with it.
