Como cuidar los neceseres mimmi
Recomendamos lavar los productos a mano y con cuidado. Lo ideal es hacerlo usando agua fría y jabón suave para lavar.
Si prefieres lavarlos en la lavadora te damos un par de consejos:
- Darle la vuelta.
- Lávalo con una temperatura máxima de 30ºC.
- Si es posible ponlo dentro de una "bolsa de protección de ropa para el lavado".
- No utilices lejía.
- Planchar máximo a 110ºC.
- No limpiar en seco.
- No usar secadora.
- No escurrir ni frotar.
Materiales de las joyas
Todas nuestras joyas están hechas con acero inoxidable quirúrgico (316L).
Las joyas de acero inoxidable se caracterizan por ser duraderas y tener una alta resistencia a oxidarse o ensuciarse.
Y sí, son joyas WATERPROOF, por lo tanto, puedes nadar en la piscina o en el mar con total tranquilidad.
Lo mejor de todo: son HIPOALERGÉNICAS. El porcentaje de personas que tienen alergia al acero quirúrgico es mínimo, puesto que este material no lleva apenas níquel.
Como cuidar las joyas
Para garantizar que sus preciadas joyitas conserven su belleza y brillo, le recomendamos que siga estas instrucciones de cuidado:
- Límpialas con un pañito y un poco de jabón, enjuagándolas con abundante agua después.
- Evita aplicar directamente sobre ellas perfume, cremas u otros productos químicos.
- Guárdalas en un lugar seguro donde no se estropeen y donde no se rallen entre ellas. Cada una en su bolsita de tela.

Te recomendamos que estés atenta a nuestras redes sociales @mimmibrand para cualquier noticia relacionada con los próximos lanzamientos y reposiciones, también anunciaremos la fecha y la hora.
¿Cuándo y a qué hora son los lanzamientos?
Nuestros lanzamientos de productos suelen ser a las 16:00 CET (Central European Time), fecha que se comunicará con antelación en nuestras redes sociales y en la página Coming Soon.
Mantente atenta a las fechas de lanzamiento en nuestras redes sociales @mimmibrand, donde compartiremos una cuenta atrás.
Products
Compra en on-demand
Comprar on-demand es comprar un producto bajo demanda, producimos la cantidad exacta de artículos que se vayan a vender.
Es una compra normal, simplemente tenemos que terminar de confeccionar el artículo y, por lo tanto, el plazo de entrega es superior al habitual. El tiempo de producción es de 5 - 15 días, dependerá de la demanda que tengamos en ese momento (en fechas señaladas como en época de rebajas, festivos o navidad, el tiempo de producción puede ser mayor). Nos esforzaremos al máximo para que recibas el pedido lo antes posible <3.
No queremos ser fast fashion y esto requiere un poco de tiempo, amor y paciencia.

¿Cómo saber si un artículo es on-demand?
Lo verás indicado en la web. Indicando también el plazo de entrega.
¿Qué ocurre si mi pedido contiene varios artículos, pero solo alguno de ellos es en on-demand?
Tratamos de mandar el pedido en un único envío por cuestiones de logística y para tratar de reducir las emisiones de CO2. Si quieres recibir los artículos y posteriormente los productos on-demand, podemos hacer dos envíos, así podrás disfrutar de algunas de ellas cuanto antes. Simplemente, ponte en contacto con nosotras, envíanos un mail a hello.mimmibrand.com.

Measurements may vary slightly since the toiletry bags are cut and made one by one by hand.
MINI size: 11cm x 7cm x 7cm.
MEDIUM size: 19cm x 11cm x 9cm.

PENCIL CASE size: 19.5cm x 6.5cm x 5cm.
Shipment
In how much time will my request be delivered?
Standard shipments (Spain peninsula, Balearic Islands and Portugal) are made through Correos. They usually arrive in 2 to 4 business days.
If you need to have it sooner you can choose express shipping 24/48 hours.
Where are shipments made from?
Shipments are made from our warehouse in Barcelona, Spain.

How much is the shipping?
From mimmi we ship to practically the entire European Union. These are the rates:
- Spain (Peninsula): €4/7
- Spain (Balearic Islands): €5
- Portugal: €6
- Rest of Europe: €12/15

Do you ship to the BALEARIC ISLANDS?
Yessss! We offer shipping to the Balearic Islands.
Do you ship to CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA or MELILLA?
No :( We still do not offer shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, we are working on it.

Shipments to the EUROPEAN UNION
They cost €12/15 and usually arrive in 5/8 business days.
All customs charges (if any) will be borne by the recipient. In the event that the customer rejects the package at customs, mimmi will not be responsible for the package or the costs associated with it.
Shipping to EUROPE (NOT EU!!), UK and INTERNATIONAL
At this time we only ship to mainland Spain, Spain Balearic Islands, Portugal and some European countries.
Our goal is to reach more countries in the future.
Do I have to pay duties, customs or taxes?
All extra expenses (duties, customs or taxes) will be borne by the recipient. In the event that the customer rejects the package at customs, mimmi will not be responsible for the package or the costs associated with it.
What happens if my order has not arrived?

Where can I buy mimmi in person?
At this time, we do not have physical locations where you can purchase mimmi.
Payments and orders
How can I check the status of my order?
It takes 2 to 4 days to process the order. Once shipped you will receive several emails with the tracking number.
Payment Methods
When will my credit card be charged?
The amount will be charged to your credit card as soon as your order is processed.
Why has my order been cancelled?
Being a new and small brand, we have a limited amount of stock.
To ensure access to our products, our anti-fraud system may cancel orders from customers who try to purchase quickly within a short period of time. It may also be that we have run out of stock and the product is already sold out.
Can I modify the shipping details of my order after I have placed it?
If we have not yet sent your order, we can modify the data.
Send us an email to hello.mimmibrand@gmail.com and we will see what we can do. Sometimes we can fix it and other times they will return the package to us and we will proceed to cancel the order.
Returns and refunds
What is the return policy?
We strive to offer you the best products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with an item, you can exchange or return it.
1. CHANGES (Peninsular Spain Only)
To start the process, send us an email indicating the order number to hello.mimmibrand@gmail.com, you will receive an email with the steps to follow.
The cost of the change will be your responsibility, the cost will be €7 which must be paid via bank transfer. You have 15 days from when you receive the product to request the exchange.
Remember that to process an exchange the item must be in perfect condition. The product must be intact, unused, with all original packaging and labels. The mimmi team has the right to reject returned items if they are not returned in perfect condition.
2. RETURNS
The return will be processed within a maximum period of 15 business days from the delivery date. Remember that to accept a return the item must be in perfect condition.
To initiate the return, send us an email indicating the order number to hello.mimmibrand@gmail.com, you will receive an email with the steps to follow.
Next, you must send the product to our warehouse. You can do it by postal mail or through any courier company. Remember that mimmi is not responsible for the cost of this return shipping.
HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE AMOUNT OF MY RETURN?
Once we have received your package, a member of the team will check that the product is in perfect condition. Then, we will proceed to refund the amount by refunding the credit card, debit card, PayPal account or the payment method used. The refund amount corresponds to the purchase you made and the refund payment may take 7 to 20 business days.
Please be patient, we are a small team and we strive to improve every day.
Can I cancel or modify an order?
If we have not yet sent your order, we can modify the details or cancel it.

My order has been delivered, but I can't find it
If you cannot find the package, we recommend that you first contact the transport company to request proof of delivery, as well as ask your neighbors/flatmates if they have collected the package on your behalf.

Are shipping costs refunded?
Remember that mimmi is not responsible for shipping costs.
How can I claim?
If you have received an item with defects or a completely wrong item (wrong size, color or products) than what you ordered, send us an email to hello.mimmibrand@gmail.com.
